Suraj Pressings Private Limited is an ISO 9001-2008 certified company managed by professionals, incorporated in 1990. It is located at Ahmednagar which is 120km away from Pune in Maharashtra state.
It was a humble beginning with one power press way back in year 1990, in small setup with 150 Square meter area. It has grown up now to full-fledged manufacturing facility with an annual turnover of Rs 330 million Indian rupees (6 million USD) in year 2011-12.
Suraj Pressings has become one stop solution for tooled up press parts and assemblies for electrical switchgear industry. The facility include fleet of Power presses, hydraulic presses, CNC punching and bending presses, state of art phospating and powder coating facility, as well as assembly shop. This is spread over 5 locations with total build up area of around 25000 square feet.
We have suppliers approved by our customers, with facility of silver, Zinc, Nickel and chrome plating. This helps us to supply duly surface treated parts ready for use.
