This firm has been started by Mr. Dilip Joshi (Electronics Engineer) who had a decade of working experience with Philips India & Electronica Group. The present firm was started in the year 1990, keeping in the mind the aim of energy conservation & electrical safety.

Mr. Joshi has wide experience in the field of electronic ballasts, their utility – the field related problems and solutions etc. Similarly he has acquired lot of knowledge from the field regarding the problems related to lighting. He has very clear views about the actual requirement of lighting.As a technocrat marketing entrepreneur, Mr. Joshi has developed niche markets for Energy Efficient Lighting Systems. The core service offered centers around design, Integration of lighting systems by configuring various lighting components such as lamps,control gear, luminaries, reflectors .As a system integrator PROMPT SERVICES has exercised the option of selecting appropriate system elements in keeping with the application requirements and customer considerations.
